Non-Requesting Spouse’s Participation.
Conflict between the Requesting Spouse and the Non-Requesting Spouse is almost inevitable. Afterall, the Requesting Spouse is attempting to shift the joint and several tax burden onto the sole shoulders of the Non-Requesting Spouse.
